Talking to your Angels & Spirit Guides

It is really much easier than you think. Just speak. If it is easier, put a chair in front of you like someone is sitting on it or maybe when you are driving, imagine them in the car seat next to you. (People will just think you are on you ear piece phone! lol)
Personally, I like to communicate in the shower. I imagine white light streaming out of the faucet and washing my aura clean from the days events and negativity and then I just start breathing deep and feel their presence. Then I just start speaking. At first, don't worry if you get any response or feelings back. Just speak. Talk to them. Just like you would an old friend or family member. Heck, people go to therapy and pay others lots of money to just listen to them. Imagine the same here, only much much cheaper.
As time goes on, you will get comfortable with it and start noticing that a lot of the issues you need help with or comfort .. clearing up for you. Just speak to them and ask their help. Then say thanks when you notice a solution has occured :) As time goes on and you see results and feel better, you will realize you have a team with you always, ready to help.
It is much easier then people try to make it out to be. Just speak.

It really IS, Lisa, and thanks for reminding folks here about that. I have been doing that a lot lately and it is fantastic! I jave been using a pendulum with yes and no questions and my guides and angels really coem through that way! amazing!

I love that and it's true! I chant in my car all the time now I've learned
to really let go of what others may be thinking when I drive past them.
I also do the aura cleanse in the shower, tone, and communicate with my guides. I've heard that the reception is actually better while in the shower. :-)

So true, now is the time for all of us to realize that we're not alone that we can call on guidance any time and they're there to help us in an instant.

You may have to imagine that white light is coming through the shower and cleansing your aura…but even without imagining, that is what is happening. Imagining always intensifies it of course, lol.
My cats showed this to me…they loooove to sweetly inhale my clean aura after I come out of the bath, and they 'drink' from my energy pouring out of my fingertips. :-D
Speaking to Angels and your Higher Self…most times they respond in your Own Voice. ;-)
